Your family and dependants are also eligible for this new scheme as part of your membership. Unlike many organisations that advertise widely, the Legal Services Scheme is completely free, win or lose - for example, you do not have to buy a Legal Expense Policy to cover yourself against the risk of losing your case, the CWU in conjunction with its legal panel and accident management alliance partners cover all these costs in the event of a non-fault accident
